Daud and I have been working on a still life subject these past couple of weeks. I've been working in oil and he has been working in pastels. Below is a video about Daud's composition and our approaches to the same subject in different mediums.

This is so good that it deserves far more than one comment. I am so fortunate to own this painting by Caleb. One of the very few reasons I might wish that I had made more money during my career would be to afford more of his work as he continues to expand his horizons and realize his potential as a genuine master painter.
